* Improve mental health services for rural and remote communities
* Introduce a Close the Gap target to improve indigenous peoples' mental health
* Introduce mental health teams to indigenous primary health care organisations
* Strengthen the role of GPs and pharmacists in mental health care
* Improve emergency access to telephone and internet-based crisis support
