We are an allied health organisation with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Physiotherapists and BSP’s providing assessment and treatment to clients from children through to seniors.
Your role will see you assisting the manager with leading and supporting a team of allied health professionals whilst managing a small caseload in your respective discipline. Focussing on your team and developing them will ensure that they deliver and achieve results to improve the overall wellness of our clients and their lifestyle. As part of our Management Team in collaboration with our Clinic Manager you will:
- Provide supervision and mentoring to your team
- Contribute to our strategic direction
- Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of professionals
- Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusiveness and opportunity
- Set clear, achievable goals for the individual, team and company
- Review and implement workflow improvements
Skills and experience for this role includes:
- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health discipline
- AHPRA / relevant Board registration
- Ability to assist with management and the effective operations of the clinic
- National police check, WWCC and drivers’ license essential
- Outstanding internal & external customer service skills
- Ability to promote a collaborative work environment that is fair, relevant, & encouraging
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- You must be a PR/Citizen with full working rights to apply for this role
