Care Manager | Relocation Opportunity

The Client

This well resourced Aged Care Facility located only two and a half hours north-west of Brisbane is looking for an experienced Care Manager, Clinical Coordinator or Clinical Nurse to assist in running this established facility. This not-for-profit organisation prides themselves on the strength of their relationships between staff, residents and the community.

The Role

This new opportunity will see you take charge of this cosy facility whilst reporting and working alongside the friendly and supportive Service Manager. You will need to take charge of the clinical team with off-site assistance from a specialised ACFI team. This is an excellent opportunity to hone in on your people skills and leadership experience.

About You

• A passion for working in Aged Care and genuine care and respect for older people
• The ability to understand financial, quality, risk and compliance components in relation to Aged Care
• Clinical Aged Care experience is highly desirable
• Ensure resident care is assessed, planned and implemented in accordance with model of care and funding model
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
