Bega Garnbirringu Health Service (Bega) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (ACCHO) based in Kalgoorlie-Boulder and servicing Aboriginal communities across the wider Goldfields region. Bega has a strong commitment to providing culturally appropriate and sustainable health care to clients. Employing in excess of 100 staff and with more than 13,500 registered clients, Bega is seeking expressions of interest from suitable candidates to join this dynamic organisation at a senior executive level.

About the role
As a member of Bega's Corporate Executive team, you will oversee all operational aspects of the organisation and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The COO provides support and direct supervision to members of the program management and corporate services teams and ensures accountability for their performance and the satisfaction of contractual obligations while ensuring a functional, productive and harmonious working environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of ISO 9001/2015 QMS certification, coordination and implementation of Bega's Strategic Plan and the development and implementation of a whole-of-organisation operational plan.

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will hold a tertiary qualification in business / health care management; demonstrated experience with ISO 9001/2015 and change management implementation and be a leader who can engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders. Experience in the ACCHO sector, Project Management and a working knowledge of Sharepoint and similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms are highly desirable.
