Clinical Manager

Talent Quarter are delighted to be supporting our growing client within the mental health sector to add an experienced Clinical Manager to join their team in their new clinic based in Melbourne.

You will be joining a rapidly growing team of mental health professionals whose vision is to support their clients and families in accessing neurodevelopmental assessments and mental health services.

The role



As the Clinical Manager, you will provide the leadership and direction for the smooth running of the daily operations of the clinic.



In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for:

• Develop, implement and communicate the necessary clinical policies and procedures ensuring that these are adhered to at all times
• Overseeing the medical and clinical operations of the clinic
• Recruitment processes within the clinic
• Training new employees
• Supervise staff and complete routine performance reviews
• Ensure that the clinic is adhering to all healthcare regulations

About you



To be considered for the role of Clinical Manager, you will have exceptional attention to detail with at least 5 years’ experience of working in a similar role within the mental health space in Australia.



In addition to this, you will also have:

• Excellent organisational and people management skills
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task efficiently
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal communication
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and regulations
