Experienced Occupational Therapists required for multiple vacancies across Melbourne. Join this leading community care provider to provide in home assessments and therapy. The caseload is 65 years old and over. You will work with home care packages and cover:
- Equipment prescription
- Reablement
- Wheelchairs
- Falls prevention
- High risk pressure injury
- Post hospital discharge
- Complex cases
The assessments are conducted in home, with allocated office time for report writing and recommendations. A laptop and phone will be provided. Graduates welcome.
There are vacancies in the South/South East of Melbourne AND the North/North West of Melbourne.
