Coordinator - COVID Projects

As a Program Coordinator with demonstrated administration experience, ideally within a healthcare environment, you will join the COVID Services team, on a 12 Month Maximum-Term contract with the requirement to be on call.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage a variety of tasks and customer demands. You will be responsible for leading, managing and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations of COVID screening programs.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordination of the program operations; including rostering, logistics and stock management
  • Effective team supervision of screening staff
  • Assistance of human resource functions including recruitment, inductions and performance management
  • Promoting and embedding a high level standard of customer service delivery
  • General administration duties

This position will provide opportunity to learn and develop new skills and be part of our diverse team with the ideal candidate having exposure to onsite medical services.

As the successful candidate, you will have strong administrative and coordination skills, and a keen eye for attention to detail. You will have a working understanding of the occupational health industry, as well as Microsoft Office Suite experience and report writing skills is essential.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in coordinating service initiatives, and be keen to support the operations team. Other requirements include evidence of a COVID Vaccination Certificate a Police Clearance (issued within the last 3 months).
