COVID-19 Screeners - Dubbo & Parkes

With a national network of wholly owned metropolitan and remote clinics, we deliver Occupational Health, General Practice and integrated medical, paramedical and wellness services to both large and small corporate and community groups.


We are currently seeking casual Screeners to join our Team in Dubbo and Parks to support our expanding COVID Services. This role will be responsible for the execution of professional and efficient COVID-19 screening services to our external clients.


The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting medical screening assessments
  • Collection and accurate labelling of pathology specimens
  • Provide smooth and timely candidate flow through screening and treatment services
  • Ensure national guidelines are respected regarding PPE, clinical and non-clinical waste, and sanitisation
  • Adhere to best practice of the highest occupational health and safety standards.
  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality
  • General administration duties


The successful candidate will be well organised with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills together with the following:

  • An “eye’ for detail and a desire to provide the best quality service to all staff and clients
  • your own private transport to travel to and from work locations
  • Adherance to Sonic HealthPlus COVID-19 Safety Policies
  • Availability to attend an Assessment Centre as part of the recruitment process
  • Available for an immediate start
