We are actively seeking experienced In Home Disability Support Workers for our clients in the Victor Harbor and Goolwa Area.
Key requirements:

- Availability to work short and long shifts
- Experience working with clients in the community required
- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care
- In-Home Support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Provide support and services to clients with the Person Centered Active Support model
- Encourage individuals living with a disability to be engaged in their own lives
- Assist clients with their personal health care and mobility needs
- Current Drivers Licence and Reliable Car
- Must be willing to commit to ongoing rosters providing support to our clients
- Adaptability to work with different individuals including challenging behaviours
- DCSI Screenings - Disability & NDIS Workers Screen
