Programmed Health Professionals are a leading provider of health care staff in Australia.
We are currently recruiting for Disability Support Worker for our Disability clients' facilities across Perth Metro.
As the successful applicant you will be a reliable and punctual individual who takes pride in their solid work ethic. You will need at least 6 months recent experience with a variety of disabilities, as well as PEG Feeding, Dysphagia and Catheter Care. Only applicants with at least 3 weekday availability will be considered as we are experiencing a high volume of shifts.
What you need to have:
- Cert III or IV in Disability, Community, Aged Care Support or Individual Support
- Minimum 6 months of recent disability experience
- Mediation Certificate
- PEG Feeding experience
- Dysphagia experience,
- WA Current drivers' license, and reliable vehicle
- National Police Check (Current within 6 months)
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Manual Handling Certificate
- CPR Certificate
