Enrolled Nurse (Community Aged Care)

Your Role Will Involve:

• Support individuals with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, ensuring their wellbeing and safety.
• Assist individuals with their medication and attend medical appointments with them as required.
• Promote independence and encourage individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
• Maintain accurate records and document all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with other professionals involved in the individual's care, including family members and healthcare professionals.

Other Requirements:

About You:

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration (AHPRA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, dependable, and passionate about home-based care
• Understanding of aged care principles and person-centred support
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a home environment
• Respects client’s confidentiality and privacy
• Police Check and relevant clearances (or willingness to obtain)
