Exercise Physiologist - Port Pirie


Join a high performing team as an Exercise Physiologist, based in Port Pirie where you can build your own professional brand whilst focussing on tailored services in a Private Practice setting. Our clients support the full variety of active goals people have, from increasing their mobility and independence, to improving their health & recreational lives. This is an opportunity to essentially run busy and well established clinics as your own, with a possibility of co-managing.

Due to expansion, they are looking for an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join their highly regarded centre.


Providing advanced level services including:

  • Providing comprehensive assessments to varied client base, from healthy populations to chronic disease management
  • Liaising and building excellent relationships with local allied health and medical professionals, to create new networks, whilst also nurturing existing referrers to achieve best outcomes for your client
  • Following best practice guidelines for the maintenance of ethical and empirically supported assessment and treatment services
  • Maintaining professional competencies through practice and professional development
  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets


  • 4-year bachelor degree provided by a National University Accredited Program Bachelor of Exercise Physiology. Membership and registration/accreditation with the relevant national body and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Must hold full working rights in Australia

About you:

  • Highly driven, motivated and ambitious
  • High level customer service skills, including the ability to identify and support client needs, encourage client participation, and manage client expectations with a sensitive, empathetic and positive manner.
  • Someone that can work autonomously and in team environment
  • Excellent active listening and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in a rehabilitation, fitness, health or community-based setting.
