Nurse Unit Manager | Emergency

With experience as a Clinical Nurse or NUM within an Emergency setting, you will pair your clinical expertise and high-level management capability to lead a first-class team. You will be supported by and report to the Patient Care Manager who will ensure you are set up for success and are able to positively affect patient outcomes. You'll continue to be a positive role model for staff, offering support and guidance whilst maintaining the clinical standards.

About You

• Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience within a hospital setting
• Proven developed leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a Clinical Nurse or NUM position within an Emergency Department
• Strong understanding of the business & financial acumen
• Proven ability to lead a high performing clinical team
