They are now looking for dynamic, motivated and experienced Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to join their friendly team. If you have demonstrated experience in the area and relevant qualifications, then this job may be your new challenge.

Skills and Qualification required:

• Division 1 Registered Nurse qualification, AHPRA registration
• Medical and or Rehab clinical experience
• Previous management/leadership experience and the capacity to to lead and develop a collaborative working environment
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
• Strong and effective communication, problem solving, negotiation, conflict resolution and time management skills
• Knowledge of Quality Improvement, relevant legislation, industrial agreements, standards, codes, ethics and competencey standards.
