Our client is a market leader in the provision of Injury Management and Occupational Consulting services to some of Australia's largest corporations. They reward their staff not only financially, but also with team social events, ongoing mentoring, training and development. This organisation is seeking an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join them in their Western Sydney office. Graduates and clinicians are welcome to apply.

Achievable Bonuses:
  • $4000 Sign-On Bonus (on completion of 6-month probation)
  • Up to $14,000 in performance bonuses per year (which 95% of the team makes)
  • Quarterly in-house competitions - based not on billings but on quality targets being met

  • Salary: Up to $90K Base + Super + Annual PD allowance of $1500 per year
  • Full training: Customised induction and on-going in-services every 2 months
  • Over ATO reimbursement rate per KM

About You:

An Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist / Accredited Exercise Physiologist with relevant registration

The Role:
  • Assessments: ADL's, One-off, Initial Injury, Functional Capacity, Worksite
  • Manual Handling Training
  • Case Management
  • Case conferencing
  • Liaise with other stakeholders (insurers, treating doctors, health professionals and employers)
  • Create and implement return to work plans.
