Occupational Therapist - Orbost

Great opportunity for  new graduate or experienced occupational therapist who enjoys variety of working across both acute and community settings and dynamic caseloads. There is opportunity for a full time and part time position working alongside other OTs and a multi-disciplinary team including allied health assistants.

You will be providing OT services to the community and promoting education and support for prevention of illness and development of a healthy community. Working with paediatric, early intervention and with adults so your caseload will be varied and will enable you to expand and grow your skills. The clinic also supports Aboriginal communities through outreach services.

Key Selection Criteria:
  • Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Experience with providing paediatric and adult OT service
  • Competence in care planning and review, clinical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Ability to work independently and be self motivated
  • Experience in leading, planning, implementing and evaluating OT and health promotion programs
  • Satisfactory criminal history check (National Police Check) and Working with Children Check
