Who are we looking for?
Are you a passionate and caring health professional, looking to join a vibrant, multi-disciplinary Allied Health team? If you are keen to make a difference to the lives of older people, through promoting independence and well-being, then we would love to hear from you!

Using your exceptional interpersonal skills you will build relationships with customers, families and other professionals, working together to establish goals, ensure needs are met and maintain their maximum level of health and independence.

What can you expect to be doing? 
  • Deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy services that are focused on customer needs and improving activities of daily living
  • Provide in-home assessment and prescription of modifications, equipment and education to maximise the lives of older people
  • Develop care plans and goals with customers to promote their independence and optimise their well-being
  • Contribute to innovation and growth of services to enable older people to live life to the fullest

What do you need to bring?
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Sound knowledge of the ageing process, the principles of self-management and the promotion of positive ageing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
