About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior OT/ OT Manager to join our management team, to inspire and lead our team of OT's across 4 residential sites in Sydney. Our vision is to provide innovative, flexible and high quality support for our clients

  • NFP Salary sacrificing benefits - OTE 130K+
  • Extra leave equating to 17 days per year!
  • Sydney Based

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a large collegiate allied team with the ability to contribute to the overall strategic direction of our Allied Health services.

Some of the key responsibilities include;

  • Managing our OT team from an operational financial & human resource perspective
  • Recruiting the best talent to expand our services
  • Maximise organisational effectiveness by leading the delivery of high quality, connected and goal orientated care
  • Promoting an engaging and collaborative work environment
  • Applying high level clinical knowledge & skills to deliver high level culturally safe services
  • Management and operational supervision of clinicians
  • Significantly contributing to team and business development, growth and training
  • Building relationships and liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Liaising and communicating key information & team performance with Senior Management

As the OT Manager you have:

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Extensive clinical experience as an OT with an understanding and knowledge of contemporary practice,
  • Management and operational experience
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • The drive and passion to improve the quality of life for our residents
  • Excellent knowledge of best practice in customer service delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high level clinical and operational advice to a broad range of key stakeholders on professional standards and service development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change through quality and service improvement activities and to provide strategic direction.
  • Clean drivers licence and own car as travel is a component of this role (Sydney only)
