We are seeking Assistants in Nursing that have at least 6 months of Aged Care experience working as an AIN in Australia, You will pick up local ad hoc shifts in Aged Care facilities across East Melbourne. This is not a full time role but will provide enough hours to anyone who is able to be flexible with their availability and willingness to travel between 30-60 mins per shift.

If you are an AIN with more than 6 months of Australian experience and you want an extra 1 to 3 shifts per week this is the role for you!

We believe our Assistant Nurses should be paid well for the important work they do, which is why our AIN pay rates are so high. See below for our AIN pay scales. If you are seeking your next role in or around the East Melbourne area we are well positioned to assist you.

You will have:

• Certificate 3 in Aged Care Work, Community Care Services, Individual support or another recognised aged care qualification
• Australian work rights
• Current Flu vaccination and three Covid-19 vaccinations
• Willingness to travel up to 45/60 mins per shift.

Ideally you will have or be able to obtain:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in the aged care sector
• National Police Clearance and current Statutory Declaration (or willing to obtain)
• NDIS highly regarded

We believe in professional pay this is why our pay is so high:

• Local Shifts: $41.50
• Travel Contracts: $50

* AM hourly rate advertised above you will also have shift penalties and superannuation added to this
