This is a great opportunity for an experienced Physio to have a change of scenery, or for a recent graduate to be mentored and have an awesome all-around experience. Huge variation in caseload where you can choose and then up skill in your preferred areas of interest.

You will provide an outstanding level of care to clients. This will include working closely with the clients, conducting assessments, diagnoses and delivering individualised treatment plans to help them reach their goals.

Delivering evidence-based Physiotherapy for a variety of physical conditions including musculoskeletal, sports caseloads and non-sporting related injuries, back and neck pain, dizziness and post-operative. Working with clients of all ages the position has a varied caseload in paediatrics, lymphedema, women’s health, adolescents , adults and aged care.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy
  Unlimited Registration with AHPRA
  Member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association
  Federal Police Check
  Working With Children Check
  Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance ($20 Million)

Desirable:

• Experience in working in a rural community setting.
• Experience working in paediatric assessment and treatment services.
• Experience working with Helping Children with Autism and Better Start for Children with Disability funded OT services
• Experience working in an inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation and / or neurological setting.

As the only physiotherapy practice in town, this organisation offers a range of health services to Colac-Otway and surrounds including Physiotherapy, Massage and Myotherapy, Podiatry, Pilates and Exercise Physiology etc.  The practice also services two hospitals with aged care, and provides all the physiotherapy services in Apollo Bay.
