Physiotherapist - Stawell

Opportunity for experienced or new graduate Physiotherapist to join a large progressive health service team. You will have lots of variety and diverse caseloads working across acute , sub-acute, community and residential care. You will also be involved in group therapy such as Hydrotherapy and Better Balance. There is also a state of the art Community Rehab centre with excellent gym and mobility garden to use as part of your treatments. However you can work across your preferred fields with the flexibility to specialize.

Offering lots of support, training and flexibility to pick your hours to suit this is a great opportunity. Experienced physiotherapists can even take on managing and supervision of staff and students.

Key Selection Criteria:
  • Degree in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated ability in providing a service to acute hospital, community outpatients, and rehabilitation and aged care settings.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication, time management, and organisational skills to ensure effective teamwork
  • Demonstrated initiative, flexibility and problem solving skills and have the ability to operate in an environment of change
  • A commitment to professional development
  • Experience in undertaking quality improvement activities, or knowledge of quality improvement principles
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Current drivers licence
  • Current membership of the Australian Physiotherapy Association
  • Previous employment as a Physiotherapist
  • Experience in student supervision and/or managing staff
