Optimum Physiotherapy is a small private practice specialising in helping people with pain, injuries and movement problems. Their aim is to help people get better by treating the cause, not just the injury. They adopt a very hands on approach, provide a vast range of treatments and excellent after care including specialised exercise classes. With a shared goal to strive for excellence, providing effective and unobtrusive support and care to achieve optimum results.
This opportunity will see you working with all types of demographics from paediatrics through to the elderly. You will have lots of variety in your day treating a strong caseload of private sports injuries, DVA, Workcover, NDIS, and post- surgical clients.
Providing both 1:1 and group physiotherapy programmes including (but not limited to) Clinical Pilates and Hydrotherapy and utilising the 24 hr access to the gymnasium above the clinic.
You will also have the opportunity to assist with business growth strategies including new initiatives, marketing through social media and internal & external events.
Working as part of this small dynamic team in a fast-growing practice, you will be supported and coached to achieve great outcomes. You wont find any office politics or bureaucracy here, just a team that is passionate about providing world class services to their clients and helping their staff be the best possible clinicians they can be.

Key Selection Criteria: ( Please address this in your cover letter)
- Possession of an Australian recognised physiotherapy degree qualification
- Be eligible for registration AHPRA
- Excellent problem solving and clinical reasoning skills
- Understanding of physiotherapeutic interventions
