Physiotherapist: Yarra Junction

• Full-time or part-time opportunity, no weekends

Yarra Ranges Physiotherapy located in Yarra Junction has been servicing the local community for more than 12 years. The clinic provides multi-disciplinary treatments through in-house referrals to psychology, social work and nutrition. Working with PPMP and an electronic diary system, the practice houses two main physiotherapy rooms, two allied health rooms and a gym for group exercise. Hydrotherapy classes are held at the local gym.

Yarra Junction is a picturesque town that provides access to the banks of the Yarra River and the Dandenong mountain ranges. Located 65km east of Melbourne, it is easily commutable and offers a relaxed country lifestyle while being close to the thrill of Melbourne.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team who provide a holistic approach to their client’s treatments, you will be servicing a wide range of clients between 14 - 85 age group. The practice has a strong focus on sports and musculoskeletal treatments, as well as spinal treatments, pre and post operative, chronic conditions, headaches, vertigo, women's health (pre and post natal), some Workcover, TAC EPC, NDIS clients. There is great variety in your caseload as well as the option to teach group therapies such as hydrotherapy, clinical pilates and GLA:D.

Key Essential Criteria: (please address this in a cover letter)

• Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy)
• AHPRA registration
• Musculo-skeletal experience or interest in developing this
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
• Demonstrable physiotherapy experience (clinical placements accepted)
• Results driven and have excellent time management skills
• Energetic and personable practitioner who genuinely loves helping people
