What you’ll be doing:

  • Recruiting for permanent roles in Healthcare - Sales (Device/Pharma), Nursing, Allied Health, Aged Care & Executive roles
  • Delivering end-to-end 360 recruitment solutions by achieving daily and weekly KPI's
  • Growing revenue with existing contacts and generating new relationships with an already strong client base
  • Support job seekers right through the recruitment process with warmth and integrity
  • Developing innovative techniques in sourcing and attracting quality candidates
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

What we’re looking for?

  • You will be a people person who is a confident communicator and team player with a high EQ
  • Proven success in recruitment or sales, with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude - preferably with knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Ability to cold call, business develop and build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong computer and social media ability
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with flexibility
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, initiative and the ability to work autonomously

You will naturally have drive, determination and resilience.
