ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual with a background in radiology to join our team as the Regional Services Manager (RSM) for our WACHS sites ( Western Australia Country Health Services) which include: Goldfields, Kimberley, Pilbara, Wheatbelt, and South West.

The key focus of this position is to maintain a strong relationship with key staff within WACHS sites while also managing the day-to-day operational management of procedural and reporting services and be support to the MRI Clinical staff and reporting services for the Kalgoorlie Regional Hospital.

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will be a pivotal member of the Apex Operations team and significantly contribute to the technical direction of the business. You will be responsible for effectively managing the WACHS contracts to ensure we meet our contract obligations as well as Apex strategic plans, business plans and budget objectives to developing and maintaining a strong relationship with the Executive team of the WACHS and assist with the tender process.

Flexibility is a key as this role will require participation in the clinical roster, however, offers remote working with the expectation of at least 1 day per week in Mandurah Head Office. Part of this role, you will also be expected to travel to the WACHS locations as required.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role, you will process the following skills and qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience working in a radiology practice
• Strong relationship management
• Strong financial management aptitude
• Degree qualified in Medical Imaging
• Relevant Business / Management qualifications
• Strong working knowledge and experience with RIS/PACS
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a busy team environment
• A leadership style that is holistic and inclusive
