Registered Nurse

Specifics of the roles:
Work 42.5 hours p/w, clinic open 8am-8pm. Work staggered shifts between these times, of 7-8 hours. Give accurate nursing assessments of patients and be active in managing your time and prioritisation. Educate patients while also building interpersonal relationships with internal and external parties.

• Provide Urgent Care and GP services such as:
• Cervical smear taking, Immunisations
• Triaging, Wound care and plastering

Skills & Experience

• NZ registered Nurse with a current APC
• Experience working in primary care, acute or urgent care is advantageous
• Immunisation and smear certification is ideal but not required
• Strong verbal communication skills and patient focussed care
• Proven ability to work well under pressure with great time management skills
