Our clients team is focused on the needs and goals of each individual, offering a range of specialist disability support and therapy services to support children, adolescents and adults across Darwin and remote areas of The NT. This team is all about being present, clear communication, and a person-centred approach to therapy services.

About the RoleDue to this organisation's growth, we're in need of two superstar therapists to join this amazing team in Darwin. In this role, you will manage an enthusiastic team as well as a clinical caseload of your own. Whether this be across the Paediatric or Adult & Remote services Team you will be working with clients and their families, whom have NDIS funding, both in the community setting, the clinic space and in remote regions of the Northern Territory. It will be your duty to demonstrate a positive attitude, person-centred approach to services, and support the staff within your team.

  • Ensure integrated and comprehensive service delivery utilising a multidisciplinary and culturally informed approach.
  • Manage the intake of clients, clinical triaging, goal setting, treatment planning, implementation, and discharge of clients.
  • Evaluate progress and outcomes with NDIS participants, family and key stakeholders.
  • Report writing and future planning for clients and your team.
  • Maintain and develop strong stakeholder relationships and partnerships within the community.

What you will need to succeed in the role

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA registration or SPA registration (no restrictions)
  • Demonstrated management or leadership experience
  • National Police Clearance - within 12 months
  • Current WWCC
  • Current Drivers License - clean
