Speech Pathologist - Team Leader

The Role

As the Team Lead (Speech) you will be constantly developing junior clinicians into well trained and highly knowledgeable Speech Pathologists. You will be working clinically within a multidisc team and be responsible for the training and development of a team of Speech Pathologists whilst monitoring compliance within legislative and policy requirements.

We are looking for skilled therapists that enjoy working in a clinic based model and want to continue/pursue their management career.

About You

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
• 4+ years experience as a Speech Pathologist
• Leadership experience - highly regarded
• Paediatric experience - necessary
