Under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulation Act 2011 we are to ensure the delivery of quality training and assessment for all our students. We are registered and regulated by Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and CRICOS (Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students) provider therefore Einstein College of Australia is approved to deliver courses to overseas students. Einstein College of Australia is accredited by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) which is the regulatory body for vocational education and training under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011. Einstein College of Australia is accredited by AUSTRALIAN Department of education employment and workplace relations DEEWR and is registered under part 4.5.1 of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 as a "Provider to Overseas Students" on the "Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students"(CRICOS). As a member of ACPET (The Australian Council for Private Education and Training) we ensure that our vocational and training services provide choice and diversity, and well-targeted, appropriately delivered courses which are widely accessible and of high quality. Einstein College of Australia is also a member of Tuition Protection Service (TPS). The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) is an initiative of the Australian Government to assist international students whose education providers are unable to fully deliver their course of study.
