Account Manager - Medical IT

About the role:
We are in search of a dynamic and high-calibre full-time Account Manager to spearhead medical IT and technology business initiatives in Australia. As a crucial member of a motivated team, you will play a pivotal role in executing a strategic plan focused on rolling out and project managing for new and existing customers. Your key objective is to find ways to engage and train hospital staff and ensure the effectiveness of utilising the equipment and software.

Being part of the wider sales team, this role demands the ability to cultivate authentic, deep relationships with customers, ensuring daily value delivery to both them and those under their care. Success in this position hinges on the application of empathy to comprehend customer needs and creativity to devise solutions.

About you:

• You have a background in coding or network systems or as a biomedical engineer,
• Understanding and operation of HL7 and SQL is a must. As is hospital networking integration.
• Experience with medical technology is welcomed but not necessary.
• You are someone who communicates well and is approachable.
• Great work ethic with an innate motivation to succeed
• Have an analytical mind and an eye for problem solving.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding targets and KPI’s.
• Full working rights in Australia
