About the Role
The Administration Assistant would work in conjunction with the Manager, Access & Linkage Coordinator and the Partner Provider team by facilitating the day-to-day operation. In conjunction with the Clinicians on the team, the Administration Assistant would contribute to the implementation, coordination and monitoring of service data bases, reporting tools and client registration.
- Provide administrative support to the PPI around client registration, data entry in the appropriate data bases
- Compiling Reports and coordinating reports to the HC central coordinating body, DoAM and the Hospital as required.
- Utilise and contribute to the maintenance of databases associated with the PPI
- Participate in the quality improvement program operating within the PPI program.
- Ensure that key performance indicators are adhered to
- Ensure that legislative, statistical and documentation requirements are adhered to
Th classification for this position will be YC89 ($72,269 per annum pro rata).
Your Contribution
- Knowledge, experience and ability in the provision of Excel, Access data bases, RedCap and client management systems.
- Well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to determine workload priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the maintenance of office systems.
- Experience in working with medical records or the ability to learn within a reasonable timeframe.
- Knowledge, experience and ability to provide a broad range of administrative and advanced level keyboard support functions. (Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office package.)
- Familiar with online survey programs such as Survey Monkey / method
- Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain
