Permanent part time role (22.8hrs per week)

$28.66ph + 12% superannuation

How you will make an impact:
We are seeking a suitably skilled Administrator to join the Department of Anaesthesia and Pain Management at Cabrini Malvern hospital. The Administration Assistant will perform a variety of administration and reception duties while ensuring a high standard of service is delivered.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clinical staff, such as consultant anaesthetists, trainees, and medical students
  • Perform reception and administrative duties, including minute taking and other documentation as required
  • Maintenance/updating Anaesthetic Department rosters and database
  • Consult with key stakeholders of Cabrini Health where necessary
  • Maintain files accurately and confidentially, attend to photocopying and collation, document distribution, and filing in a timely manner
  • Assist in the organisation of events and functions as required


What you will bring to the role:
You will be enthusiastic and self-motivated to produce high-quality administrative support and also have the following:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Sound clerical and filing skills and experience
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to be flexible when needed
  • Ability to work efficiently, autonomously, and respectfully within the team
  • Exceptional attention to detail
