Pay Rate: $36.86-$44.28 per hr

Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound calls relating to client statements
- Explaining charges and services in a clear, simple way
- Supporting clients withpatience and empathy, particularly vulnerable or elderly individuals
- Identifying and escalating discrepancies where needed
- Performing accurate data entry and maintaining detailed records
- Using Salesforce to update client records, log interactions, and assist with adding service charges to accounts
- Navigating multiple systems while maintaining quality and efficiency during live calls
- Youll be working within Salesforce daily tocapture detailed client interactions and maintain accurate records
- Supporting internal teams by updating account information and applying service-related charges
- Ensuring data accuracy, as this directly impacts billing and client communication
- Prior CRM experience is highly valued, with Salesforce exposurestrongly preferred
- Experience in a call centre or high-volume customer service environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Confidence working across multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- A calm, professional approach in sensitive situations
