Role Description:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced leader has emerged in the form of an Allied Health Manager role, offering increased organisational responsibilities. This position is ideal for an experienced Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist with a strong business acumen. Reporting to the company owner, this role encompasses managing clinicians, ensuring compliance, maintaining the quality of the client experience, profit and loss reporting, business development, and fostering an exceptional organisational culture. As the leader of this multi-disciplinary team, this role places a significant focus on supporting the staff. This role is across 3 locations with Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast, the ability to travel is a necessity.

What You Need:

• Qualifications and experience as a Speech Pathologist, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist
• Strong business acumen
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams
