Allied Health Team Lead

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Allied Health Manager, the Health Team Lead will be responsible for supporting the total overall daily operational requirements of the unit including the coordination of service delivery, ensuring the workforce meets the demands of the hospital and lead by example. The clinical component of this role will include inpatient services through 1:1 and group sessions, with additional duties in business development and strategic planning to grow the service.

THE ESSENTIALS

  • Qualified grade 3 or 4 Psychologist or grade 3 Social Worker
  • General AHPRA or AASW registration
  • Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia with comprehensive on-shore experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with strong decision-making and communication skills
  • The ability to effectively manage all financial, human and material resources
  • Demonstrated business acumen to enable growth to the service
  • Commitment to continued professional development and an ability to ensure your team are up to date with the latest in mandatory learning's to meet compliance
