Anaesthetic Technician or Registered Nurse, Anaesthetics

About the role:
Great opportunity providing excellent quality clinical care for an anaesthetic tech or an RN with anaesthetic experience. This role is Monday-Friday choosing your FTE for better work/life balance. There will be involvement across a variety of procedures with specialities including orthopaedics, general, gynae and ENT. Work within a team of experienced professionals who pride themselves on their surgical expertise and friendly nursing care and service.

What you have to do:

• Prepare anaesthetic environment within the perioperative setting
• Assist in all aspects of anaesthesia
• Be comfortable to respond effectively in emerging critical situations
• Communicate across a multi-disciplinary team
• Deliver excellent patient centred care throughout all stages of surgical intervention

Skills & Experience:

• NZ Anaesthetic Technician or Registered Nurse with anaesthetic experience
• Communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritise
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Resilient and performs well under pressure and high stress environments
• Flexibility to work extra hours as required
