Client Description

This hospital is located in the Central Queensland district and is 36 bed facility that provides a range of general medical, low risk surgical procedures and birthing services. Medical services are provided by eight resident Senior Medical Officers/Public Health Officers. Three of these officers provide obstetric services (two public, one private) with two or three officers providing anaesthetic services, depending on need. Ambulatory services at the Hospital include: oncology treatment (currently no chemotherapy), outpatient and private practice clinics, oral health and a range of other allied health and community health services.
