About the Role

Step into an Associate Nurse Unit Manager role and support the delivery of high quality, recovery focused mental health care within a dynamic clinical team. Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, you will help lead nursing staff and ensure continuity and consistency of care for consumers with complex needs.

In this role, you will coordinate care delivery, support staff development and contribute to day to day team operations including workload allocation and performance support. You will guide practice change, contribute to quality improvement and policy development, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external services to achieve strong consumer outcomes.

About You

You’re a skilled mental health nurse ready to step into a leadership role and support high quality, recovery focused care. You bring strong clinical expertise, teamwork and the ability to guide and develop others.
  • Registered Nurse with AHPRA and mental health qualification
  • Experience in mental health care and team coordination
  • Support staff development and guide clinical practice
  • Work collaboratively and manage priorities under pressure
