Are you a skilled Registered Nurse with strong clinical expertise and proven leadership skills looking to advance your career? We are seeking a dedicated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our leadership team in regional Victoria.

This is a key leadership position responsible for maintaining high standards of clinical care, supporting day-to-day unit operations, and mentoring nursing and care staff within an aged care setting.

Please note: This role is located in regional Victoria and is not commutable from Melbourne. Relocation support is available for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and operational support to the care team.

• Oversee shift management, medication administration, and clinical assessments.

• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and facility policies.

• Act as RN in Charge, guiding staff, delegating tasks, and handling escalations effectively.

• Foster a safe, compassionate, and resident-focused care environment.

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Work Rights: Applicants MUST currently reside in Australia with valid work rights. Employer sponsorship (482 Visa) is available for exceptional onshore candidates.

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years post-registration experience in aged care or a relevant clinical setting.

• Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership capability (e.g., RN in Charge, Team Leader, or Clinical Coordinator experience preferred).

• Location: Willingness to relocate to regional Victoria (Relocation assistance provided).
