About the Role
The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM), will provide operational, clinical and professional leadership to staff, ensuring practice is aligned with the St Vincent’s Health Australia mission and values and the Nurse and Midwifery Board of Australia standards.
You will be a motivational leader who brings experience in Rehabilitation nursing to the role. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be able to direct and encourage an interdisciplinary team. Your demonstrated organisational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment will see you contribute to the highest quality of care possible.
Classifications for this position will range between YW11 - YW12 ($106,834.00 - $110,432.10 per annum pro rata) as per Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024-2028).

The Rehabilitation Unit is a progressive and dynamic 25-bed unit specialising in the care of the person with a disability. With an emphasis on person-centred care, our interdisciplinary team partners with consumers to optimise outcomes and preserve human dignity
