Associate Nurse Unit Manager

The Role

We are seeking a strong clinical leader for our Aged Care wing. This is a Full-Time ANUM position designed for a nurse who is passionate about geriatric care and excels in a "Person in Charge" capacity. Please note this role is located 30 -40 minutes from Lakes Entrance.

Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Aged Care Leadership: Proven experience as an ANUM or "In-Charge" specifically within the Aged Care sector.

• Regional Relocation: This role is located in Regional Victoria. It is not commutable from Melbourne. You must be willing to relocate and reside within the local community.

• Right to Work: We are only accepting applications from candidates currently in Australia with full working rights. Off-shore applicants will not be considered—please do not apply.

Compensation

• $59.84 per hour - Plus applicable shift penalties, superannuation, and generous salary packaging.

About You

• Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse).

• Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and ACFI/AN-ACC requirements.

• A natural leader who can mentor staff and ensure high-quality resident outcomes.
