Clinical Care Coordinator - regional VIC

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to work as a Clinical Care Coordinator to join our clients team in a stunning regional Victoria location. This is a full-time position working a stable, weekly roster that includes weekends and three weekdays, allowing you to enjoy everything this beautiful region has to offer during your mid-week downtime.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Oversee and coordinate high-quality, person-centered clinical care.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the care team.

• Must hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN). And on shore expereince in Australian aged care homes- no overseas candidates will be considered so please do not apply.

• Demonstrated clinical leadership or care coordination experience is essential.
