We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team in two beautiful coastal towns in regional Victoria. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to community health while enjoying a vibrant coastal lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate clinical care services, ensuring high standards of patient-centered care.
• Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Valid work rights in Australia (please note, offshore candidates will not be considered so please do not apply).
• Proven experience as a team leader or in a current Clinical Care Coordinator role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
