Clinical Care Coordinator - Residential Care, Warrnambool

Our client is a Not-for-profit organisation located in the beautiful coastal town of Warrnambool Victoria, 1 hour from the 12 Apostles.
They compassionately inspire and support their elderly to live hopeful, connected lives within their inclusive residential homes.

Due to the national growth of Aged Care, in partnership with Randstad Health & Social Care they are hiring a Clinical Care Coordinator to join this 120 bed residential facility.

What you will receive from your new employer:

• Attractive salary between $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus super

• Requiring a minimum of 5 years experience in Aged Care Nursing

• AHPRA registration
