Location: Regional Victoria (1 hour from Melbourne)
Salary: Up to $145,000 plus superannuation

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Director to join our team in a vibrant aged care facility located just an hour from Melbourne. As the Clinical Care Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to our residents. Your leadership experience will be vital in guiding a team of healthcare professionals to foster an environment of excellence in care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical operations within the facility.
• Ensure compliance with AHPRA regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs.
• Provide leadership and support to the Care Manager and clinical staff.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall resident experience.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration: Current and valid registration with AHPRA is essential.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in aged care, with previous leadership experience as a Care Manager in large aged care homes preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Location Flexibility: Open to candidates willing to relocate to regional Victoria.
