Your Role: As our Clinical Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of outstanding care to our residents. You will be responsible for overseeing clinical compliance and operations, while leading and mentoring our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations
• Provide leadership and support to clinical staff
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize resident care
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care delivery
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification
• Proven experience in clinical management within aged care
• Strong understanding of clinical compliance and operations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care

Benefits:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday
• Competitive salary range of $130k-$140k
• Relocation assistance of up to $8k available
