What you’ll be doing (the exciting stuff!)
- Support our staff and diverse learners - from postgraduate students to enrolled and registered nurse graduates
- Deliver specialised clinical education that transforms practice
- Champion professionalism and foster collaborative teamwork
- Lead mandatory competency assessments
- Identify learning gaps and create innovative solutions
- Design and facilitate targeted in-service education sessions
What we’re looking for in you
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven experience supporting diverse nursing learners (enrolled & registered)
- Minimum 3 years specialised experience in PACU/Anaesthetics nursing
- Passion for education and mentoring excellence
- Innovation mindset and collaborative spirit
- Desirable - Post-graduate qualification in PACU/Anaesthetics, Education and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or actively pursuing)
- Ability to work flexibly (willing to travel across all four sites)
