You will:
- Provide outstanding patient care within your discipline
- Actively engage in safety, quality, audit, and clinical practice improvement programs
- Contribute to policy development and service improvement
- Provide training, supervision, and education to junior doctors and medical students
- Work within a collaborative, well-resourced service with strong executive and clinical leadership

- 24/7 Emergency Department
- On-call anaesthetics, medical, and surgical consultants
- Strong sub-specialty and regional referral networks
- Clinical School established in partnership with Charles Sturt University School of Rural Medicine (2022)
Essential:
- Hold a Fellowship of the Australasian College of Emergency Medicine (FACEM)
- Experienced clinician in a tertiary/regional hospital setting working across the breadth of Emergency medicine, including Paediatric care.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a leader of a complex, multidisciplinary clinical service and provide guidance and leadership to staff.
- Experience in Leadership roles, either within the ED setting, or an equivalent multi-disciplinary environment.
