Why consider this opportunity?
As Clinical Director, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership to a busy, well-established Orthopaedic Department while maintaining a minimum 0.5 FTE clinical workload.
You'll join a collaborative surgical team within a modern referral hospital offering:

• Four operating theatres and two procedure rooms
• Six-bed Intensive Care Unit
• Diverse elective and trauma caseload
• Accredited specialist training program

Attractive Remuneration
Total remuneration of up to $529,000+ per annum, including:

• Competitive specialist salary
• 12.75% employer superannuation

About You
You will be:

• FRACS (Orthopaedic Surgery) qualified, or eligible for specialist registration in Australia
• An experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with demonstrated leadership capability
• Passionate about clinical excellence, mentoring and developing surgical services
• Committed to education, research and continuous quality improvement
