We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinical Educator to join our healthcare team in a vibrant community in Victoria’s West. In this full-time role, you will lead the development, coordination, and delivery of clinical education programs, fostering excellence in patient care and supporting our clinical staff to thrive.
IMPORTANT LOCATION NOTE:
This position is located in a beautiful community in Victoria's West, approximately 4 hours' drive from Melbourne. This position is NOT commutable from Melbourne. Please only apply if you are genuinely open to relocating to the region.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and evaluate evidence-based clinical education programs for clinical staff.
Provide clinical preceptorship, mentoring, and orientation for new staff and clinical teams.
Assess clinical competencies and ensure alignment with national healthcare standards and best practice guidelines.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, continuous quality improvement, and patient-centered care.
Work collaboratively with nurse managers and multidisciplinary health teams.
What You Will Bring
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications with current AHPRA registration. Post-graduate qualifications in Clinical Education or a Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE).
Experience: Proven, hands-on experience working as a Clinical Educator within a hospital or healthcare environment.
Work Rights: Full, unrestricted Australian Work Rights (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid full-time working visa).
Availability: Commitment to Full-Time hours.
Relocation: A genuine desire and readiness to relocate to regional Victoria.
